I was very satisfied with the service that Kate provided. She was friendly and very accommodating. But the mechanic said that there was no problem with my vehicle and the noises that I'm hearing were typical and normal for the hybrid system. I'm not 100% on board with that. My brother has a RAV4 hybrid, and I'm going to be riding from with him in the near future to see if he has the same noises.
I arrived early for my appt. I had never been to your location. I was impressed with the friendliness of everyone. No pressure to have more work done except my recall. Thank you for washing my car and windows, too. Great job!
