The service has become completely impersonal with texting being the preferred method of communication. Even with the customer in the waiting area. The final straw was the invitation to check out without any personal communication to go over a thousand dollar invoice. I understand that many transactions are going in this direction but that doesn’t mean that every thing should. Scheduling online worked. But leave it at that.
What I know is that I can trust the Job was done well and the service also. Thank you.
Poor service experience- unprofessional experience with advisor making wait a long period of time before getting off phone and then handing me key to go find my car in the lot after.

My first impression driving in was that no one acknowledged I was there for a few minutes, where before a person would usually greet me right away. Also, I would like a better explanation of what services are recommended for a 30,000 mile maintenance. I was told only an oil change and tire rotation were needed, but later the technicians recommended an engine air filter replacement. I also found it odd that my service manager typed in my credit card number manually. Was the card reader not working?

Just a little thing that irked me, but it’s also a small detail that should have been done, in my opinion.
When I returned to grab my vehicle after it went through service, my washer fluid light was on, I’m bummed no one caught that and filled my jug up.

Tony was great. Toyotas decision to put turbos in tacos is terrible. I want a v6 hybrid taco with NO turbo. I am looking at a ford maverick v6 since they DONT put turbos in
