My interaction today at the Toyota service place was exactly what I would have wanted. Like couldn’t have gone better if I planned it. Antonio helped me and answered all my questions and made sure I understood. I made the noob mistake of wanting to wait there the whole time while they inspected my car, but they provided a lot of amenities to make my waiting time as comfortable as possible. I would recommend this place.

The problem with the battery discharging was not solved. We will be taking the car to another Toyota service facility to get their Input.
You damaged my truck, which ****, but $hit happens and you fixed the problem for me by sending my truck to a body shop and giving me a loaner until the body work is complete. That’s damn good service and appreciate it. Thank you.

When I dropped my car on Monday Antonio said he’d be in touch when it was ready. I got a text (supposedly from Antonio ) on Monday afternoon that the car was ready. When I went to the service desk he said “oh no that’s an automated thing. I didn’t text you. You car won’t be ready til tomorrow “. On Tuesday (since I didn’t want to make a repeat trip for nothing) I called and texted Antonio with no reply. When I did reach him he said “like I told you yesterday you can pick up your car anytime
“today”.

I think before diagnosing a know problem you should ask the customer to check their gas cap to see if that's the problem. Not charge the $144 dollars and then say you need to tighten your cap. Also what happened to Samatha? She was an excellent employee
