My car was done for almost a half hour before I was able to leave. I sat in the area with the cars and could see my car. I asked if I could leave but I had to wait for the text my car was ready.
Rodney was very patient and helpful. He did a great job of explaining things.

Everyone was very nice and polite, Waiting area was comfortable and clean. My car was ready in 30 minutes so I was very pleased I didn't spend 2-3 hours there.

Great place. Very helpful. Got me in and out quickly. Had my grand daughter with me and she was very happy as well. The waiting area for the kids is great.
We had brake trouble while on a trip from PA and EVERYONE treated me very well and got us back on the road quickly. We were extremely pleased and grateful.

I recognize that Rodney is an extremely busy man. However, I would like you to share with him from a satisfied customer, that it would be very nice if he looked up and greeted a customer when their interaction begins. I am a people person, and connection is important to me. It’s also the basis of customer service. so, aside from Rodney‘s being extremely brusque, which could be interpreted as rude by some people I was very satisfied and found Rodney good to work with.
My car sat finished in the parking lot for more than a half hour due to the service tech leaving my keys in the car and not turning in my paperwork. I know you are short handed, but I had to tell service my car was finished, then they couldnt find the keys. They were left in the car.
He did a very good job and he also explained the new system you guys do very well .

Service was done quickly and completed early
I paid $50 to change my own tire. It was surreal. They repaired the tire and left it (the tire) in the garage. I was happy to have a repaired tire w/ Nitrogen in it. I was happy that I was able to be seen as a walk in on a Saturday. If the process saved me money somehow I guess I’m grateful for that, but it wasn’t what I was expecting. It felt strange & disrespectful, but I just wanted to leave, I had errands to do. My experiences @ the Sube Shop & Glotfelty are much different. Please don’t call my wife about this. My number is ****-****-xxxx. She had nothing to do with this.
