Rodney and the staff at Moses was incredible today. Unfortunately, I made an appointment with Moses Toyota in Saint Albans, but Rodney went ahead and scheduled us in and we had an incredible experience with them. Rodney was great. Definitely a positive member of your team.

Overall, my experience was fine and pleasant. Thank you for getting the service done quickly and professionally. However, I think it is very tacky to put up a sign explaining that you charge 3% for all credit card transactions. Really? At a nationally-affiliated car repair and service center?? That is such a small amount yet you are openly passing it on to your customers, who are already paying for car repairs. It is a Toyota dealership, a billion dollar corporation. I know this specific location is owned by a small business, which I am sensitive to. But in this economy where people are really struggling, just absorb 3% or add an extra dollar to prices. Don’t make it the customer’s job to absorb your basic cost of doing business.
