Rodney was fine. But the service department seems a bit lost. They sent back the part that was being corrected, didn’t know where the other part was. Even though I was in the day earlier, it’s like nobody knew who I was or why I was there.

I only had an oil change scheduled and it took well over an hour to complete. The service employee didn’t come to tell me it was done so I only found out it was finished because I walked over to check on it. The service employee was talking to another employee in a casual, non work-related conversation. Not a good experience.
