Specials that were offered to the public, listed clearly on the website, we’re not offered. In fact, they were not honored. I had to discuss in depth a special offer listed on the website. That’s not what I’m used to when dealing with your guys.

Tailgate still doesnt work. Haven't reached back out to service to tell them yet. Also wanted to to work with dealership about cleaning driveway from previous oil leak due to broken washer during oil change. Neither is currently rectified.
I have been a customer of your service department for over a decade as we have a 2014 sienna and a 2022 Highlander. Rodney, Blaine, and team have always been very attentive and accomodating. Tyler is always very helpful and professional when I come in for service. Would not take my vehicle to anyone else.
I came in for a few recall fixes and an axel repair. I was told the work would be done by 2pm. The work was in fact not don't until after 4pm. I wish I would have been updated on the time it woukd be ready since I had to scramble to arrange getting my kids picked up from school.
When I got my vehicle back I didn't realize until after I got home that both my children's carseats were uninstalled and rearranged in the car. One appeared to have been attempted to be installed, however was completely wrong and titled and not even sitting on the seat correctly. Please have someone install carseats correctly and how the customer had it. Or it would have been nice to simply be told that they had to be moved and needed to be safely reinstalled.
The service was fast and efficient. Grateful to have a place close to my new home for quality service.
