I’ve always been happy with this Toyota dealership in Morgantown WV. I just wish they’d send me coupons like other Toyota dealerships do.

Front desk was not welcoming or pleasant this time or the last. Things were forgotten during my appointment that resulted in coming back after leaving.
My apt was scheduled next day and very timely service.

Keyless entry stopped working the day after you looked at it, That's ok I ordered a replacement and am going to install it myself and the camera is also going to be replaced I ordered a new one. The lever that lets you move the steering wheel does have an adjustment it's under the bottom cover of the steering wheel. I will be seeking Freedom Kia's help with any other problems.

Very professional, prompt service.
Went in on the 11th to get my oil changed and my tires rotated. Was told they could rotate my tires while checking in just to then be told they won’t be rotating my tires cause “they are fine”. Well now I have wires showing on my passenger front tire and am having to get it replaced very unsatisfied with the service I received
Brad gave me an offer for my car before I left.
