I had to go to Moses Toyota did get the software update for my brakes because Mike Kelly Toyota (service counter) kept telling me “this is normal for a hybrid!” My concern/complaint was never addressed with a technician due to the service counter saying this was normal! Thank you Moses Toyota for listening to the customer.

Tires or brakes are making a grinding noise after changing winter tires to summer tires a couple weeks ago. Mechanic unable to reproduce noise. Noise is still present. Can only hear at slow speeds (5 - 7 mph) with light pressure on brakes. Sounds like a combo of metal grinding and squeaky rubber rubbing against something.
Rodney and the tech were professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I'll be back the next time my car needs work.
