The service l received was immediate, staff was friendly and answered all of my questions.
I was offered to put my spare tire on my vehicle when they could’ve offered to plug the tire. I’m still driving on a leaking tire. I missed a day of work that’s very much needed as a college student.
New electric car with 2 jump starts with insurance company- who thinks its the 12 v auxiliary battery- but toyota has not bothered to replace it

I was asking for an inspection of a Prius that I was buying. The bald tire and masking taped back up sensors were noted and reported to me. Unfortunately the front splash plate and front passenger side wheel well splash guard were severely damaged. I purchased the car. Sure wish this damage had been reported. Blain was kind and reported what had been given to him. It would have helped me with purchase price if mechanic had reported the undercarriage damage.
They under promised and over delivered. A+
