Went from 79 bucks to 124, ill be going somewhere else unless a warranty issue
The service was excellent. Everything they done was great.
You all do a great job every time I bring my vehicle in for service. From reminding me it’s time, to scheduling, to doing a great and quick job at the service itself.
When I arrived, the check-in staff member and technician in the service department seemed genuinely interested in resolving my problem without adding superfluous services. Great service on a Saturday when staffing can be limited.
Disappointed with the overall experience with the service over the past year. Will not be coming back

The regular 20k service was timely and complete. The time spent was less than I expected. The report that I received indicates that everything is working well. The is a comfortable waiting area. Thank you for the quick and efficient service.
The technician forgot to include the key in the new fob, and I had to drive clear back across town to get it when I discovered the problem.

Rodney lambert is a little rough around the edges but a service manager that doesn’t back down and step up to bat in the 9th just to hit a grand slam home run for the win is how I feel about Rodney he got us the rental for over the days that warrenty wouldn’t cover and updated me every day on progress and that’s how service should be now my wife and children have a safe vehicle with a new transmission back on the road man deserves a raise thank you Rodney lambert
Came over for an oil change was told I don’t need one only tire rotation. The sticker on my dash says I’m due. The vehicle is telling me it’s also due! I’m over an hour drive to get service done and gas isn’t cheap!! Service report was rude also

Not major things, but service here has always been superior! I would have never received my 4 runner back with those warnings still on.

No wait time in and out with great service.
Was called 3 times on Friday morning. The mechanic couldn’t locate the lug nut key. Told him it was in the glove box. He said it wasn’t. I got out of bed, showered dressed and drove to the garage. Opened the glove box and guess what was there. The lug nut key in the black holder that it came with when I purchased the vehicle. No expression of oh I am sorry just ok. Sounding like I wasn’t believed. Got to rethink the service rendered for the price charged and the hassle!
