I was a little surprised that the service was completed a little more quickly than usual. I was also concerned that the verbage on the receipt did not specifically note that the tires were rotated. However I was charged for that procedure.

The technician failed to replace the oil cap which resulted in oil being spewed all over the engine and underside of the hood. They did wash it down and clean it up after I returned, but the experience was less that optimum.

I don’t think it should take three days to replace a flat tire. I don’t think I should have to call repeatedly for status updates. I don’t think I should have been sold a tire-and-wheel service contract that expired after one year and not have been contacted about a renewal. I don’t think my only option should have been to rent a car for $70 a day when mine was in the shop.

On the way back to Cumberland an alert popped up on the dash saying system malfunction. Hopefully not a big deal but it just seems a bit coincidental this happening directly after service. Besides that you guys are great.
