Very satisfied! I had to go to Moses Toyota did get the software update for my brakes because Mike Kelly Toyota (service counter) kept telling me “this is normal for a hybrid!” My concern/complaint was never addressed with a technician due to the service counter saying this was normal! Thank you Moses Toyota for listening to the customer.
