My wife was the one who took the truck in. He was rude and she had asked him about getting these hooks that were supposed to have been installed when bodywork was done he said well you can walk over to collision and check. She did and got it taken care of but good customer service would have been him calling or going himself. He certainly doesn’t have the most customer friendly demeanor. Plus the reason I had to schedule an appointment was never resolved. I scheduled an appointment to have a taillight replaced. They never even ordered the part. Now I have to bring it back in to have it replaced.

Rodney is always great, he’s friendly helpful and knowledgeable. But this place has gone to **** since it went from University to Moses. Moses is ran by slime balls that are shady. And WTF are your prices? $1,406 (before taxes) for front and rear brakes? Y’all are smoking crack

I was told I needed a catalytic converter by my mechanic, but he had a question as to whether it had to be California federal emissions. I told this to Moses service dept. and they told me I only needed a new 02 sensor. They sold me the 02 sensor for about $670.00. Two days later my check engine light came on so I made another service appointment. At this time they told me it wasn’t the 02 sensor and that the “02 sensor was fried” and that means I need a new catalytic converter estimated at $1400.00. What is wrong with the service department??? This is the SECOND time this has happened. The first time I went in for an electrical short and they said I needed an 02 sensor and converter. As I drove away, the electrical short was still apparent and I had to GO BACK . Finally, they replaced the rear lens and body and socket to fix the electrons short and it cost me over $2000.00. in parts I didn’t need to fix the short! I am frustrated and infuriated with this type of insane service. As long as I can help it, I will never go back or recommend Moses to anyone

Repair prices are insane. $800+ to replace 6 spark plugs. I feel sorry for people that have to pay that. Also I request two items be done and I get a list of other things. I have ADHD too, and I know we can’t discriminate on hiring people. But please listen to the customer and do what they ask before you decide to chase the squirrel. Most likely will get all my future repairs somewhere else.

Everytime I come in Rodney talks to me like I know absolutely nothing about my vehicle. He questioned me when I said I needed an alignment the last time I came in. I do not want to deal with him anymore. Dan Cava in Fairmont is looking good. I have bought 3 trucks there and get treated this way?
