When making my appointment I specified to not rotate my tires. They were rotated. The technician stated that my tires were 4/32 and two of my tires were only installed a few months ago. Then in my print out it stated that I wasn’t happy with the way that my floor mat was fitting. On my last trip to the dealership I had fingerprints on my interior. I wanted to use this dealership because it was closer to my location but toss that out the window

Everyone was very kind, the inspection was efficient, and the facility was clean! I did not realize this was going to be a two visit appointment for the recalled part. I assumed when I made my appointment in advance that would allow the part to be ordered. Rodney kindly explained how the process works today after my appointment. It would have been helpful to know that information when I made my initial appointment. I took off 1/2 a day of work for the initial appointment when I could have stopped by after work.
