I came in for a 5000 mile service. I left with no windshield washer fluid and the car still saying it needs serviced. I obviously can put in washer fluid myself but it’s just the point of it.

I had hopes for the change in ownership, but it’s the same poor experience- it seems like they are always playing some angle to not provide cheerful service, or access to existing deals - just not transparent at all. Going forward, I’ll use other dealerships whenever possible - it’s a drag, but I’ve had too many poor experiences down there that I don’t have at Dan Cava, in Beckley, or at Sheehy in Fredericksburg……

I’m getting text said the work was done and my truck has not even been in to work on truck. I called today to make sure part was in because I was afraid their will be delayed because of weather. I was told Tyler will call me to tell me what’s going on and to repair and didn’t get a call back yet.
Rodney was in a hurry. Confused me with another customer on the computer. Did not know I purchased my car from U Motors (now Moses)
