First time in the customer waiting room. Nice and clean and modern. The men’s room is beautifully done. However, the urinals are positioned too high for short guys. By the way , most “average “ height guys are short! Thanks again for a good experience.

Eric was personable and professional. I was originally directed to another service advisor but he was busy with another customer. Eric saw me waiting and offered to help right away. He got me squared away and when my vehicle was ready and the text came to my phone telling me so, Eric was already on his way to the waiting area to let me know. I liked the fact there was a personal touch rather than just relying on technology to inform the customer.
