1) Rodney was fine, I would hire him. 2) you need to figure out the IT part of your business. Making a reservation online at University Motors that is not showing up for y'all is bad - then getting messages about missing my appointment is very confusing. 3) your techs need to learn the state inspection RULES for WV, and pass vehicles that meet the RULES, even if there is some service needed which is not interfering with a SAFETY issue. Playing games to try to force service with y'all is unethical and unhelpful. 4) I was told when I picked up my Toyota that I was to use only FULL SYNTHETIC oil to get the 10,000 mile oil change intervals, which I had been doing. Why the holy f*** did I go to the dealer and then you put conventional oil in the engine???? Is the 10,000 mile interval still correct?

Good communication. Just remember when giving estimate, to include tax since for a large amount that adds $300 more.
