Rodney was great. It’s ridiculous to charge 3% for credit card usage, especially when the prior dealership did not. I will be taking my vehicle elsewhere for service now.

Derek’s tone was short and argumentative. When I questioned why I was being charged labor coat on a vehicle still covered by 3 year 36000 warranty. Derek stated. “someone has to pay for our time”. Another associate had to confirm there was no labor charge.

The service took nearly twice as long as estimated. I understand that there have been difficulties in hiring, But I wish that the times estimated were closer to what is reasonable given the current staff.

This is the 3rd service in a row where my tires were not rotated. I put witness marks on my front tires each time before I hand over the vehicle and each time the marked tires do not change position. When this is brought to the attention of the staff each time it is met with a “don’t care” attitude. This casts doubt on the integrity of the entire service. Since this was my last free oil change I will never be returning to this dealership and will never recommend it to anyone I know.

I think the repairs were fine. I did feel that Rodney even though knowledgeable was a little rushed with me and a tiny bit impatient Rodney did keep me in the loop on a very regular basis though Once he was dismissive of my concern as the technician broke the shroud that covers the radiator fan. When I pointed the broken shroud to Rodney, he just said The whole Assembly has to come off. Well, you broke it, so at least take responsibility for it. I will be back soon, regardless Vinny
