1. Little older man who was a check in customer service person had a put -off bad attitude and told me to go to other customer service person.
He had the same attitude when I checked out!!
The younger service man was VERY helpful.
2. I was only to have tires rotated, since my inspection was good until 2026. They did an inspection without my permission and I was charged for it!!! This has left a very negative impression on me!!!

However my appt was at 11:15, and I received the MPI report at 12:05. At 12:45 I still had not been cleared to leave. I went to the front desk to inquire and 2 min later I was cleared. I come there during my lunch. I was over 1.5 hrs for service. It would be great if that time could be expedited. Thank you
This was my first experience with Moses Toyota. It was so much better than what I experienced at Koons Toyota of Annapolis where I purchased the vehicle. Recommend the GM of Koons Toyota spend some time with Moses and learn how to treat customers. Great job Moses Toyota.
Took back before left the lot bc the low tire pressure light was still on for the rear passenger tire and they were to be rotated? Took the vehicle back and it was only back there a brief time and back out.. no explanations, no answers, and when I waited and then walked in to see if it was truly done … he was on the phone and waved me on that keys were in it. Got there at 130 left at appx 345. Plus they never gave me paper work back. Report had “green” for wipers check yet the update and recommendation was to change all of my wipers due to streaking….. for $90!?! No oil change “sticker” either. I reset the oil life myself bc I clearly didn’t trust if it was done or not. Highly doubt I will be back. Waiting room was good for me to work in at least since it took so long

I was disappointed that you no longer offer the electric cars to use when I bring my vehicle in for service. I drive an hour to have my car serviced and enjoyed being able to drop it off and go do other things instead of waiting 2 hours for an oil change. You should bring that service back.

My appointment was at 11. Service guy said 2 hours but when I went to check on it at 2:20, they hadn't even started on it! Then I get a text that says my vehicle is done, I had been gone for 2 hours. I will reschedule when you assure me that it will be done within the 2 hour time frame for this particular install - and not before.

Long wait time- over 2 and a half hours- for a service I had scheduled in advance. The service was a simple state inspection on a car that’s a little over a year old. I understand staff shortages and the service department was very busy, but that long of a wait time for an appointment I scheduled weeks in advance on my day off, is unacceptable. We will not be returning to this location to purchase vehicles or have services done.

Service always does a good job but what made me keep coming back to Toyota Service was the personable staff that was always there to greet me. It was nice to have Ron there who was friendly, knew me, knew my husband, always asked how we had been, walked me out to my car, gave me a firm handshake, etc. I always left feeling my car was in capable and trusting hands.
This time when I dropped my car off, it was not personable at all. I was another customer coming in and if my business was gone tomorrow, there wouldn’t be a care. I thought maybe they were just busy, but when I picked up my vehicle my keys were handed to me and I was told to have a good day. I didn’t get my 23 point inspection papers, none of that was gone over with me, he was not friendly at all. It’s VERY unfortunate that this part of getting bought out by Moses was left behind.

My tires did not get rotated. I knew they weren't because of one of my wheels is missing the decorative cap next to the lug nuts. When I asked about it, I was told that the technician did in fact rotate them and then moved the cap to the wheel to match how it looked when it came in. I then went to check the wheels for brake dust since I have drums in the rear. There was no brake dust so I knew the technician was not honest about the work.
Although my tires were eventually rotated, I didn't appreciate the lack of customer service, the made up story, or the disrespect of my time.
