Was quoted 60-90 minutes. Total time was 3 hours. There was no communication of what the delay was and Rodney gave the appearance of brushing me off as if it’s just something I have to accept. He was very short with me and acted as if I was bothering him for wondering why it was taking so long.
This was the second time interfering with Moses Toyota since you took over University and it was very disappointing, again. The first I was willing to write off because it was the week of the transition and that’s always messy. This time though has me wondering if I should take my service needs elsewhere because I don’t like wasting my time and I felt Moses Toyota did not do a great job of communicating why it was taking so long.
Derrick was very informative about my diagnostic.
They told me things that I had already changed but I didn’t know about the gasket being bad. So I ordered one. I was in for an oil change and from what I see now my 5 point inspection was they added oil don’t know if it was changed.

Recall was supposed to take 4 hrs. They kept me there 6 hrs with no loaner vehicle! That is ridiculous for the extra time & no loaner vehicle for a recall taking that long! Very disappointed. This is my 5th 4Runner. Very unsatisfied. My husband is on his 2nd Tundra. I had to take the day off to get this repair done. We are both Very unhappy.

I was told car finished . All was well but it would take 20 to 30 minutes for paperwork! I didn’t mind waiting N hr for having the car serviced but why wait for paper work???????
