Rodney went above and beyond to help us get the car repaired. He also helped us get some important personalities from the car right at closing. Kidney is a credit to the Dealership.

Yes it was done properly and fast(Oil Change) but the cat was not calibrated or updated on completion and no sticker was placed on wind shield with manage before next oil change.

I have to say it was one of the worse service appointments I have had. The tech said I need four new tires soon. I went to another tech that said I have plenty of tread on the tires. He did not fix the headlight. The light was not operating properly and had to replaced. The tech did not put the 4 tire inflation caps back on the tires. So, I had to go buy 4 new caps.
This was a very disappointing experience.
Happy to finally have our second key for our Sequoia. Hoping todays repair finally repaired our air conditioner that would not blow cold air.

Excellent service and communication at the service center. The scheduling of my vehicle was a month out, would of liked more prompt appointment since the service was necessary to drive; Master waning light on Prius standard. Issue was bad water pump on hybrid system. The repair only took one day. Very competent and courteous customer service.

Your process is severely lacking in its ability to process paperwork. My car returned to the lot from wherever it went, was parked, I received the notice of the service report and went to the service area and was told I had to wait for the completion notice in order to leave. 50 minutes later it came in and I was able to leave. The attitude was that if ‘that’s the way it is, they have a stack of services that they have to properly code. It is not what I expected from Moses. We used to live near Huntington and know the reputation. I had a car picked out for my daughter to come look at and informed the service guy there is no way I’d allow my daughter to buy a car there. We are only in the area due to an extended hospital stay, I thought things would go far better than they did. You have a lot of work to get this store up to your standards.
