Everyone was very friendly
The attention to detail has me concerned about whether I want Moses Toyota servicing my vehicle. I am considering taking it to another Toyota dealership because of dissatisfied with my service. I’ve submitted three feedback things now about how disappointed I am and have not received any kind of follow up about what Moses Toyota is going to do to make sure the issues I’ve encountered do not happen again.
Derek was very professional and I was very pleased with the way he performed his job!
Did not get data from 28 point inspection
Car needs to be returned as clean as dropped off. Shop grease/grime on floor mat, door jam, and inside door panel (possible where a knee might hit. Car maintenance dash notification not reset.
Service was fast, staff were friendly and attentive. When I noted the car is usually turned back over dirty. Tyler walked out with me and did offer to take it over and clean. I declined but wanted to note it is something that needs improved upon.
Can you bring back car washes at time of service?
Felt like team was very lazy. They could not even come to the waiting room to tell me my vehicle was ready. They called the incorrect number so I waited longer than needed. I miss Ron
Came in for a tire rotation and recall inspection. When I left the service light was still on and 3 out of 4 tires had low psi. I doubt they looked at rear axle or anything else for that matter.
Always professional and friendly! Coming from a Washington DC Lexus dealer, I was afraid I would not find one that compared to it. University Toyota has. Very happy to find this dealership!
My concern has nothing to do with service I received today. It was fine. My issue is with the phone system to make an appointment. I called 4 times in one day to mke an appointment. Each time I was told I was being passed to service, waited online, no one ever picked up. Once I was told I’d get a call back within an hour. Never happene. Once I was told the person who answered the phone was walking down to service with a note that I was on the line. Line went dead. Finally got a call the next afternoon. For me to continue to come for service that needs to improve. It I already talked to the service person about this issue.
They left my window down and got dirt all over the inside of my door. They offered to clean it when I called about it but I didn’t end up having time to come back. The dirt was easy enough to get off but I don’t know how long my window was left down and someone easily could’ve gotten into my car because of that. The girl I spoke with was very apologetic and I did appreciate her response when I called.
The repair I needed today was unable to be done because the one you received was faulty. Not your fault and I’m totally fine with that, that’s out of your control.
I’m frustrated that I again had a negative interaction with Rodney. He picked up the paperwork from Derek which I appreciated in him being helpful. He didn’t read the paperwork though and see I needed rescheduled. If I wasn’t paying attention I would have driven off without the issue being addressed.
I have now had three negative experiences with Moses since they took over this dealership and am frustrated with the level of service provided.

I was in the dealership when Derek called. He didn't come to the reception area and talked to me about my car instead he preferred to call. No one on one personal communication. What if I had additional information to discuss?
