Need to come back. Alignment seems not quite right. I called after I left and had driven a the vehicle a short way. I was told the service dept was closed and I need to call back later. I live an hour away and now need to return to get this alignment issue resolved.

Tyler welcomed me and made sure to save my summer tires. The print out for vehicle checklist and inspection could have been more detailed to reassure the customer that oil was checked, brakes were checked, fluid topped, etc. other than that, everything was great.

Rodney was very competent , as usual. I had read that the company had changed hands, and I was a concerned that I wouldn’t recognize anyone there, but that was not the case. I have been dealing with University motors for years, so it may take me a little while to get used to a name change. But, welcome to Morgantown, Moses Motors!
