Good service but the technician missed to reset the maintenance due light!!
I drove an hour for my appointment this morning, I told the person that I believed the code was for an exhaust temperature sensor because I had my husband use his scanner to see what the code was. We were not going to replace the part ourselves though as the vehicle is under warranty and I have never brought it back to the dealership for a thing. I sat for 2 hours and the only thing the tech did was clear the code and they said it was a code in the history as an O2 sensor. They said they test drove it and the code stayed clear. Well tonight after I got home, the check engine light is on again. It’s crazy that I will now have to bring the vehicle back when they could have taken care of it today if they would have listened to what I had said at all. Do other people enjoy coming to the garage and sitting for hours? I work full time and have a 1 year old child so it’s really inconvenient especially because it was agreed upon when I bought the car that any time I brought it for service I would be given a complimentary loaner but I guess that goes out the window after you sign the paperwork. Very disappointed in my first experience with the service department there when I’ve owned the car over 2 years and not had to bother them one time before.
The undercarriage of the car still has a rattle. Not sure anything was "tacked"

Completed requested maintenance in reasonable time. No fight, no sales jargon. Just serviced. Truly appreciative that Moses took over University Toyota, I now won’t have to drive to Fairmont. they are incomparable in terms of respectful service representatives. No headache.

I explained to the service advisor that at least one of my tires had low tire pressure and the warning light was on. He assured me this would be fixed when they rotated my tires. When I picked up my truck, the low tire pressure light was still on and my tires were under inflated. Also, my windshield was a mess from putting the inspection sticker on. It was very disappointing.
