I was there for my 55,000 mile service. It was only a tire rotation. Tire’s I bought from Toyota. I paid $38. Any other place I’ve bought tires from have given free tire rotations when tires are purchased from that store and rotations were kept up. I bring my vehicle in for every regular maintenance and felt there should be a charge for a tire rotation. Then when I left the gentleman that checked me out told me the wrong place to gind my vehicle so I wandered around the lot until I found my van. This never happened at University Toyota. This isn’t making me want to buy my next vehicle from Moses.
Very pleased with everyone. They did not have the parts so I have to go back in, but everybody was very kind considerate and professional. Good experience.
