Hi! I wanted to confirm if the service recall was completed when I brought my vehicle in last weekend. I had scheduled the appointment for the recall and 25k maintenance but it appears the app is stating is was not yet completed. I am sure that I will need to be sure my car holds up in performance before I can make a true assessment. The report said everything was good that they checked. And I would hope that holds true over the next 3-5 months.
Also, I do not remember meeting an Eric Jones. So it is hard to make any decision about him.
In general, it seems all the requirements were met. And all the people I spoke with were polite and pleasant.
Tech did not shut hood , did not remove vehicle tag numbers from dash and did not put next oil change mileage sticker on windshield, paid 188. $ for oil change , tire rotation and, and 2 air filters, all gravy. Do better.
