Sad I had to waste a couple hours to see if my Rav actually needed parts replaced for recall. Sad I had to waste a couple hours to actually have said recall repaired.
But my biggest disappointment was both times trying to play Marco Polo to find my Rav in a parking lot full of vehicles. Sad they couldn’t have brought my car right to me!

Very grateful that the service team checked out the noise to the driver's rear end of my vehicle. It occurred after leaving Moses Toyota last Friday & Eric got me in first this Mon morning. It was a non-related, quick-fix but appreciative nonetheless. So glad my old gal is back on the road.
The service was completed to my satisfaction and Rodney was great. However, I felt like I had to wait way too long for the work to be completed. I arrived 15 minutes prior to my appointment. When I made the appointment, I told them that I would be waiting there to have the work completed. For these reasons, I think an alignment and new tires should have been completed sooner than 2 hours and 15 minutes past my scheduled appointment time.
