Someone had gone through my center console & glove compartment while there. Some of my items were left out & on the seat & everything in the console was a disaster. When I asked about why they were in there & what they needed out of there they said no one was in there which is a complete lie. The supervisor then came out (without even talking to the tech) and said they were looking for a wheel lock key. So, why was I told by the tech that no one was in there? Also, the man (I forget his name) working with me out at the computer got a major attitude like it was my fault when I asked him to speak with the person that serviced my truck. Also, I bought this 4 runner in February. I still have not received my registration (The temp expires July 1 and I am leaving for vacation later this week & wont be back til the end of July). Every time I call they say the lady who handles that is not in. So, I drove down to speak to her. Of course they say she isn’t there. They took my name & number & said I would get a call from her as soon as she arrived. That was last Wednesday, I still have not heard from her. I’ll be in first thing Monday morning. When the body shop did some work after I bought it they forgot to hook my cameras back up when they put the front end back on. I brought it back & was again given attitude for something g they messed up. I’m been coming here regular for 10 years and have never had an issue u til it became Moses. Gary (salesman) and the buying process was smooth and enjoyable. However, everything else with this business has been rocky since purchasing the 4 runner.
