Rodney was awesome. I showed up early and he had my vehicle completed before the start time of my appointment. This kept me on track to make a very important meeting. I had a question about air cap covers because I had one missing. He found the missing cap. He also came up for the air filter even though the app shows it. Which he showed me for the future. It’s great using the app and the customer service Rodney gave. I plan to keep this truck for the 25k services and buy up to 35k or 50 k service from Toyota and then possibly trade. Keep up the great service.

The service was great . I didn’t appreciate the dirty greasy hands on my new steering wheel cover that my granddaughter just bought me yesterday . It was white and pink but now its ruined . Please ask service guys to be more careful please .
