The service provided was not explained to my daughter. And no follow up phone call to explain. I was disappointed.

I was hesitant towing my vehicle in when the fuel pump went, as past dealings with your service advisor Rodney left a sour taste in my mouth and have avoided your dealership for years because of how rude he has been in the past. This was no different as he was the first person I spoke to, explaining I had just broke down and been towed in he was unsympathetic and just asked if I had an appointment and he was booked. However when Eric jones came out to inspect the vehicle he was surprisingly pleasant and professional and went above and beyond to make me feel at ease with the situation. He went out of his way to get the vehicle in and fixed within a day. Couldn't ask for better service from Eric, great communication through the whole process, and a great asset to your dealership. I will only be dealing with him in the future. Thank you Eric.

This is my second time having service work at your facility. I’ve talked to Rodney at both appointments. He has always been very helpful. Working with him made it an easy decision to drive past a closer dealership to return to where I had been treated well before. Actually he was busy on the phone when i first walked into service department. So someone else got my car and asked me for my signature on the tablet and when the service done he didn’t give me any advice or not talk to me. He just gave my remote back and i signed on the service paper. That’s all. I just wondered why he did nothing tell me about my car such as what they checked on my car. I assumed everything was ok. This’s my first time to get service here since i bought this car.
