Rodney did amazing job of getting my car serviced quickly, and I really appreciated him working this in, even though I did not have an appointment.
I wanted to follow up regarding our recent service visit. Our tires were installed at the end of January 2025, and during last week’s oil change, I noted the front tires measured at 6/32” and the rears at 8/32”. Given the mileage expectations from Bridgestone, I’m concerned about potential premature wear.
The service video showed the tires off the vehicle, but the bill didn’t mention a rotation. Can you confirm whether the tires were rotated during this visit? I just want to ensure we’re maintaining proper upkeep per the manufacturer’s guidelines in case any warranty concerns arise down the line.
Driving habits haven’t changed, and I understand front tires typically wear faster due to engine weight, but I’d like to keep this on record for the manufacturer.
The whole team was wonderful! I'm bad with names but the gentleman who checked us in was awesome and so were the rest of the team I interacted with. Also can't thank you all enough for shuttling my kids and my self home and back!!!!

Will try and take to another dealership for service, did not accomplish what I needed repaired. I purchased this vehicle brand new about 3 months ago, I spend approximately 2 hours a day in it. Should not have to sit in a a seat that sounds and feels the way it does. Was told if they ordered me a new seat, it would be the same .
He was super friendly and seemed so knowledgeable. I appreciate that they took care of my unforeseen issues right away so I didn’t have to come back. Everything was completed in a timely manner.
