I’ve always been impressed with your guys service but the only thing that I don’t like is is taking forever to get my recall fixed. It’s been a couple months now I’ve gotten letters emails and nothing has been done yet.

I actually tried to call about this. My daughter brought this car in, its her car in my name. At check in she voiced concern about driver side speaker being static. This was dismissed, without question. Upon check out was told everything fine. Speaker in fact not ok. She is a young female, and her voice was not heard, completely dismissed.
