The actual service was fine, however Mr. Lambert tends to be abrasive, acted like I was not being truthful about a 15% coupon we received via email and then tried to tell my husband that coupon was expired when it is valid until late September. Thanks.
I called multiple times and nobody called me back with an update on my car. He let me know when my oil change was done. Not when the recall was done and did not send me the link to pay for my oil change because I was out of town when my car was being serviced.
Rodney was fantastic to work with! He went over everything with me following the service and he ensured my car was brought around so I didn’t have to search for it.

I think I would have liked the option of using the better 10,000 mile oil on my oil change service. But I understand that the common oil is the 5,000 mile stuff. And that’s what they used.
