The service was fun, I am concerned with the fact that my brand new truck had to have fuel injectors replaced already. It is alarming and making me wonder what will happen next.

I was scheduled for a detailing and an inspection sticker. Five and a half hours later my car was complete. Had I known it would take all day I would have asked for a loaner to go do some shopping. Your service is great and they did a good job. I just didn’t expect it to take so long.

We have the Toyota Plus Plan with 2 services left. Blaine told my wife we had used it all up and was not very receptivewhen she tried to explain to him we did have servicesleft. I called and spoke with Blaine he wasn't very pleasant to speak with but did confirm we did have services left, I had to explain to him how to look it up. I need a refund and would like a call from manager please.
