Eric (the customer service rep) was great, but I made the appointment to bring my car in for two recalls, an oil change, and tire rotation about 4 weeks ago. When I picked up the car, I found that someone had left an empty can in the wheel well on the front passenger side and was told the part for one of the recalls needed to be ordered and I would have to bring the car back in for another appointment for which I would need to wait for or leave my car for at least 2 hours. This is a huge inconvenience, and both this and the can left on the floor of my car seem really unprofessional. Pretty disappointing.

Why did an oil change on 6/19 cost $63.33 and the same oil change on 9/18 cost $93.84? That’s 30% in 3 months. Explain please.
