The service guys were courteous and helpful. I am a senior citizen and forgot where one of the control buttons on the dash was located.The service writer and the technician walked me through how to recover the operating feature I had lost. Neither were upset about a forgetful old man which is appreciated. Thanks

I was here last week and was told that I needed 2 new tires, and that they would arrive on Monday. I scheduled to come back on Tuesday. They checked me in and had me wait 30 minutes only to tell me that my tires never arrived. On top of that, I now need 4 new tires because the other two “are going to wear out soon.” So it was a wasted afternoon off of work, only to have to come back a few days later, if my tires even show up by then. When I was rescheduling, they asked if I thought I needed an alignment. Pretty sure that’s not up to me, as my tech is supposed to be the expert. I asked for a call to confirm that the tires had arrived before I come in for my 3rd appointment in a week, but I don’t expect to get one. This dealership already has terrible sales department, and the maintenance department is going downhill quickly. I expect to be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

Eric provided great service. I will say I am concerned sometimes the vehicle doesn’t get fully looked at as I recently had my car in a month or so ago for routine service and everything was good to go; however I brought my vehicle in this time due to it squealing while driving and now I needed all new brakes and rotors. It makes me question if all areas are looked at during routine scheduled service.
