I’ve had a fog lamp burned out for the last two appointments that I have had with you. This was noted upon drop off. Today, you said your guy didn’t find a single light out, yet the light remains out. I’ve made other arrangements to have it replaced.

Both his and Mike found that an oil fill cap was missing from my truck upon finding out the last services was at the dealership, they replaced the cap. Their honesty has earned Moses a lifelong customer. I will continue to buy all my family vehicles from your dealership. I know the cap is a small detail, in todays world it’s extremely refreshing to see.

I got my toyota rav4 coolant bypass valve replaced in May 2025. Two day back my car again showed me the engine symbol and shutoff the awd system. I did a walk-in. They took 3 hours to run diagnostics. The representative told me that I have to replace my coolant valve again. They rescheduled me for next week.
