It was a delight working with the young lady in scheduling. She worked my Highlander and my husband's Tundra into the schedule with ease! Blaine kept me informed on the progress from a check in through all steps of my service including a text to let me know it was finished and could be picked up.

Very comfortable with the service and the gentleman that took care of me was very professional!!! The lounge was relaxing. The only thing they didn’t do is reset the warning on the car so it still says the repairs needs done.

Eric got my Four Runner into the shop earlier than expected and resolved my issue without having to charge me the $180 diagnosis fee. It was just a couple of batteries and I was out the door. He was awesome!

Previous dealership did a quick wash and vacuum. Seat covers and floor covers were left in place to show the car was protected. Turn music down uncommon area or at least elevator music. Distracting.
