Tyler is one of the best people u got there and Blaine is a good dude too .. Cole seems to be a really educated mechanic and the service lady is always pleasant .. got to talk to lance the other day and he’s a really good one too .. some others though not so much.. Tyler resolved the problem with my car that 3 other shops couldn’t diagnose or just too uneducated to solve the issue. Thank you Tyler

A known issue after a recall service was not checked. I was told my car was ready and came to get it only to find that it needed something else. I went to get my car only to be told it would take 10 minutes to find a service tech and another 20-30 minutes for someone to sit in it in reverse to fix the issue and reset it?? It was a complete waste of my time to arrange someone to drop it off and pick it up only to have to do it again when it could have been checked and fixed before I was notified it was ready to pick up.
