Please add back the printed sheet for the 28 point inspection. It lets customers know where things like brake linings, fluids and other important items are on their vehicles so we know when and how soon they need to be done. Not having that printed sheet leaves customers not knowing that important maintenance and safety information.

I should not have to wait 1 hour and 22 min. To get my car service for an appointment that was scheduled at 11 am. But nothing was STARTED till 12:22 it only took 15 to rotate tires and NOT everything was checked. My spare tire has never been cked in 2 years! I specified twice that I was taking a long trip....
