She was very professional. When I arrived early for my appointment to have oil changed, she informed me I had 4 recalls. She told me it will take a several hours to get them taken care of. I told her I would wait as long as I needed.
She pushed my truck through and they completed everything by noon.
I will be back as I have grown accustomed to great service provided here.
I made an appointment a week in advance and it took over 2 hours for a simple oil change.
Your online system wouldn’t allow me to include the recall item to install software for the screen and was told that it would be another 2 hours to do that.
I will not be coming back to Lithia for service.

Karen was great, being my first visit into the service department, she explained the process beforehand. As I waited I was updated through text and when my truck was ready she brought over the paperwork and explained what services were performed. I was in and out in less than an hour.

When you are told your oil change and rotation of the tire is all included in your plan, and then you go pick up your car and tell you last minute it’s 50 dll for rotation , I was like you told me it was included in my plan, I ask her 3 times and even called me to confirmed it was free. Then you ask were your car is located and they tell you it’s on the side, you go walking around and around and have to go back to the office and my car is now not at the place they told me , they had it in the back of the dealership, but how I’m I supposed to know if they left me alone the first time , I had to go ask for help to find my own car .

I had to wait an hour and a half to get an oil change WITH an appointment made first thing in the morning. The. Was told my car was in the side lot, which I had to go back in for help. Ridiculous
