The vehicle was returned with the OBD-II diagnostic port disconnected, preventing any scanner from being connected to the vehicle’s computer.
Additionally, the issue with the vehicle logo was not repaired. We were informed that the vehicle would need to remain at the shop for approximately four days because it had to be sent to another facility for repair.
Since the vehicle would be unavailable during that time, I requested a rental vehicle; however, one was not provided.
Was there before opened said only a few cars ahead went back around 2pm still wasn’t ready took my vehicle somewhere else
I have been taking my Tundra to get an oil change for years. On Saturday I was asked if I had made an appointment. I advised the gentleman that I had not. I advised him that I was a customer who had purchased the free oil change service long ago, thinking maybe that is why i never had to make an appointment, and was taken care of within an hour. He said reservations are now required and it would be three hours before they got to it. I told him I would have to wait inside for it as I didn’t have anyone to get me. I waited 4 hours and I understand reservations, but I would also think that you would understand loyalty. I will make reservations; and early from now on. Being 65 years old, I’m glad y’all had comfortable couches.

The cashier not having change was frustrating. I wanted to exchange my large bill for small bills to use the vending machine and the lady working would not do it because she was the only one working and she didn’t have anyone else to go get more cash if she needed it or something like that. I was not the only person she turned away for the same reason. It just didn’t seem to make sense to me because after all she is auto be the cashier. That is what cashiers do… except and exchange cash, or at least that was my understanding of the title.
I have no issue with Ms Hernandez. But I would have liked a daily update on any progress in diagnosing my problem. My vehicle was kept five days and I do not remember more than one text message status update. I would think your online reporting system, which was finally shared at the end could have been used to communicate any progress or no progress each day with a text message providing the link to the status entries I saw.
Receptionist was very friendly. She made it easy to check out and brought my vehicle up to the front to me.
I have had it in 3 times in the same issue. They had the truck since Tuesday and still haven’t found a remedy. Had to pick it up due to a family death. I am really disappointed that they do not have loaner vehicles. Apparently it is going to take them awhile to repair, but this our main traveling vehicle.

I had an 8:15 am appointment for an oil change, and I did not get to leave with my car until 12:00am. I believe that those who did not have appointments were able to have their cars serviced before me. If that is the case, I do not understand what the advantage is in having an appointment. The service tech was very nice and apologetic, but this is not the first time this has happened.
