The only service I received was taking delivery of my new vehicle and returning later to have the window tint installed. When I picked up my car, the tint had not yet been applied, so I had to bring it back. Although I had a scheduled appointment for the tint installation, the service was still backed up by a few hours.

This has been, without question, the worst dealership experience I’ve ever had. Your dealership lied to me and attempted to overcharge me by approximately $15,000. I have documentation to support my claims, and my insurance company conducted its own independent testing that confirmed what I was told by your dealership was false. Instead of being honest, your dealership tried to take advantage of me. I was born and raised in Odessa, and I will be sharing my experience on my social media and with anyone who asks. I cannot recommend this dealership, and I will never do business here again. I hope others take the time to verify everything before trusting your service department. Picked up my truck this morning and had it fixed by 5:00 the same day for $600!
Very disappointed with staff regarding difference in pricing quoted and booked at the end. No explanation given Karen just wanted to argue and not provide any help in the situation.

Took my truck for second inspection after Midland Texas Toyota told my wife she needed brakes and rotors turned on a car with 19385 miles .The same service technician also never even mentioned a leaking c v joint axle which should have been under warranty. Very upset that dealership tried to sell an unneeded service to my wife.
