I called one day to make an appointment for simple oil change the next morning at 9 AM. I asked how long it would take & was given an estimate 30 minutes to an hour. And I asked the cost so I would not be in sticker shock. After getting checked in….after two hours and 52 minutes later, my vehicle was the next in line!!!!!!!! I asked for my keys and requested the two vehicles behind mine be moved so I could get the hell out of there!!! NO apologies nor was a discount offered! Zero % satisfaction Zero chance I will recommend !!!!

I was told they would inspect my wiper blades. They are coming apart snd now I will have to go somewhere to get new ones. Why were this not checked? Thank you

1 the cost of a simple tire rotation is unacceptable 2 my check list did not have rotation marked but I was charged 3 I was first in line and still had to wait almost 2.5 hrs 4 I feel like the service dept is more about sales

While inspecting air breather filter and cabin filter. Noticed it was dirty. Did not bring it to my attention after vehicle was serviced, parked in parking lot. Had to wait xtra time to get them changed. Should've brought it to my attention first time.

Always friendly! I waited longer than necessary just because I wasn't told to watch for text messages along the service. Ill know next time but please explain to customers. I was pleased with service though!

I need someone to open my ticket back up because I got an email for post delivery feedback and I have yet to pick up my vehicle. I dropped my vehicle off on March 6th to be inspected by a TFS from Toyota corporate. As of today, March 16th my vehicle is still at your dealership and has not been released yet. Documentation is of utmost importance for me to document how many days my vehicle has been in the shop for repairs or inspection. I suggest someone reopen my ticket from the date it was closed as it is still in your possession and still being worked on.
