The service itself was fine. The wait time was ridiculous. I had a 9:00 am appointment. I got there at 8:45. My car wasn’t ready until 11:15. It took way too long, and I was waiting in the customer lounge. Very disappointed. I like getting my car serviced at a Toyota dealership, but no where else ever takes nearly as long for an oil change and tire rotation. And you were not that busy.
Service was fine. The length of time I waited was not. I waited right at 3 hours. Other than that it was fine.
Advisor was persistent to upsell even though the car was just there for a regular oil change.

I had an appointment at noon and didn’t leave dealership until around 5pm. I was told it would be a couple of hours which is perfectly fine however my car had been ready over and hour and I had to go ask because I didn’t get a text update or a call. When I went to counter to ask for status and they didn’t know it had been sitting there for over an hour and a half.
Job was done promptly and well done.

Karen did an awesome job on keeping me updated on what was happening with my vehicle through the whole process. She also contacted me to make sure if I had any questions she would get me the answer. I also appreciated the loaner. Also like to thank Victor **** for helping me out.

Vehicle was there for over a week. I was not offered a loaner I had to call for updates was put on hold for more than 10 minutes. I called 2 separate days and told let me check on the progress and I will call you back, she never called. I even left a message to the supervisor and he never responded. When car was ready all she said was your car is ready for pick up and hung up..
