I was expecting a 2 1/2 hour wait or more but was pleasantly surprised when my car was done in about 1 1/2 hours or so. I bought my car ay Lithia Chevrolet but have bought 3 vehicles at Lithia Toyota. I prefer the service at Toyota. Great service!

Had an appointment but oil change still took almost 3 hours. Was given no updates and was NOT called when my vehicle was ready. I drove up there myself and saw it sitting where the completed cars are. Will not be returning.
