Thanks to the reliability issues of the Tundra and the experience of the 2 visits to lithia Toyota I've traded in and gotten rid of my Toyota truck and don't plan on getting one ever again

Jacqueline was friendly, professional and informative. When I noted I was walking over to grab lunch while I waited she offered the free shuttle pickup. Although not needed, the offer was appreciated. My car was serviced timely and quicker than anticipated, which was much appreciated. Friendly smiles, hellos and goodbyes go a long way in customer service and I appreciated her and the other techs doing so.
It took 4 days for diagnostic and fluid changes. Brought it in Tues and got it back Friday. Waited 2 hours to get a ride for pick up.
Jackie is very nice knows how to deal with the clients. The service is costly , I hope the work done is all worth it. Thank you.

It took to long to get truck fix i put in shop march 9 and its may 8th and just getting my truck.. i would ask to speak with managemnet and i would never get call back. Finally the 3rd time i spoke with management.. i feel managenment did not do eough to help out get transmission sooner instead of having to wait. I did not even get offer a discount because of waite time or heck keep customer happy... i should know better customer service dose not exictis no more..

Lithia Toyota has the worst service department I've ever experienced. A year ago I quit bringing our vehicles in for oil changes because it is at least a two to three hour process. This time was much worse. I brought my 2024 Tundra on on Wednesday with an 8:30 appointment. I had 2 safety alerts, an oil leak around the transmission, & the auto switch on the wipers did,nt work. I did not get a report until the next day. Why have an appointment if you are nit going to look at my vehicle until the next day? The service writer didn't even check to see that I had extended warrantee so she gave me an estimated price for something that was covered under warrantee. So now she has to wait two days to get the warrantee work approval. Why take so long? How my truck has been there for a week. You dud replace the cracked driver seat in yhe first couple of days maybe thats because I paid out of pocket for that. It seemed like the warrantee work was slow tracked, maybe because I was not paying for that. After the warrantee work was approved, then the parts were ordered and I had to wait 3 days for the parts. After the repairs were done there was sto a leak. My truck sat in the same covered parking spot behind the facility for a week. The only time I got a report from the service writer was after I called or text asking for a report. Then it was the same old report waiting for parts or whatever excuse was appropriate. I do not plan on bringing vehicle back to Lithia unless there is no other choice. I have bought 4 trucks from you. I love Toyota products but your service ****.
I sent the new fluid in for analysis. The results were the same. Said that the fluid needs changing!
