Salesmen pressured didnt allow me to view vehicle thoroughly at my convenience. It was a used car which is what i wanted an paid Cash in full, but when i got home i noticed trim on passenger side mirror was broken. I called they said they would make it right. Then they have avoided me ever since. To this day it hasn't been addressed nor fixed !

I was never updated on my vehicle maintenance issue. My car was in shop almost 4 days never er received a call and I never heard back on any updates. I called all day and nobody ever answered the phone. I had to catch a ride twice to check on my car. Not happy with service
The service manager was very courteous. But the technician left my back seat in shambles. He could’ve at least pit it back together. I didn’t appreciate that now my srs sytem light is on and it wasn’t before. I’ll eventually get it fixed but not there. Should have went to Midland they don’t charge for the first hour of diagnotics. Odessa tried to sell me a bunch of services I could do myself. I checked the engine air filter and it wasn’t dirty. The tech said it was. You should stick with the ptoblem at hand not try to rip people off.
Yeah, he was the nicest guy in the whole place. Amazing. He going to the market on kindness, when I pinch my **** on those barstools, it’s not a good looking there with those broken chairs. Gotta get them out of there, thanks again for all your help have a healthy and prosperous life

I’m not sure what the point of making service appointments is, if either that same time gets double booked or people still get put ahead of you. close to a 3 hour wait for an oil change and tire rotation is a pretty ridiculous wait time. I’m glad I didn’t have anywhere I needed to be until after 1pm so I was able to wait for 3 hours. Made an appointment for 9:30, I left the dealership at 12:05. My vehicle wasn’t put on the lift until 11pm and I received my keys at 12.
2hours for an oil change when I had a scheduled appointment is rediculous
