Need to improve your overall process. Advisors need to be more knowledgeable and provide better customer service. I wouldn’t take my car for normal service, had to take it because of a recall

The repair cost quote was very high. Got the vehicle back, and the interior components are broken! Several pieces have broken clips, the interior was loose, and it was put back together to look as if it were good.

Oh my gosh it was awesome! Noe met me outside and explained what service I needed. He explained everything to me and told me how long it would take to complete the service. He did a great job and they were finished before the time he had estimated. Great job!
