I was told it would only take a couple of hours to service my vehicle. I brought it in at 8:25am. I had to leave without my vehicle being serviced because I had to go to work. So at 11:25 I asked about the status of my car. I was told it would be another 30 to 45 minutes. Because they were giving priority to customers who had an appointment.

No, they didn't reset my oil life or put a new service milage sticker, but I will go back in the morning to have them correct these issues.
