I requested for my tire to be at correct level to make the tire pressure light go off, but it still was on upon my arrival to Midland where I live. Apart from that, it was just fiine.
There wasn’t clear communication throughout the service time about what was needing to be done or how long it would take.
She always gets me taken care of
Everyone I interacted with was nice. But a few days after I got home I’m now noticing that there’s oil leaking out of my car. So I’m going to have to revisit the dealership to have this looked at because this is not normal and it was not happening previous to this.

4 hours for tire rotation and balance having an appointment is too much and the truck was parked for about 30min when it was ready and I had to tell them that it was ready.

The service was great as was my advisor when she was available. When we walked in the manager interrupted what my advisor was doing to help me so he could scold the staff in front of multiple customers which is unprofessional. Then when I went to pick up my vehicle the manager had the available advisors in his office and there was nobody at the service desks to assist me and other customers waiting. They could see us through the glass window in his office and still nobody came to help for about 20 minutes. Working in customer service it seems like rule number one never leave your service desks with nobody to assist customers.
Bring back the six cylinder motor for the Tacoma
