Car was parked out in the parking lot. I was given the key without being directed to my car which was parked away from the building. A gracious attendant voluntered to go and retrieve it for me. Food for thought Lithia Toyota
I had made an appointment for 4:00 didn't end up leaving the center till 5:30 and there was a chip on the right passenger back door of my car. Sent photo to the one that assisted me

My comments have already been recorded to customer service, warranty department, BBB, and all phone conversations along with the text updates that were refused to be provided, along with the recording from the warranty department where no warranty work was found to be entered into the system yet Toyota "repaired 2 tires", as well as documentation from a certified tire dealer showing that Toyota repaired a sidewall and sent the vehicle down the road big No, No. Yes tempers were lost but only after the big bad service manager was rude then he got told off because you dont treat people that way. Either way less than 4 hours after leaving with the "repairs" the tire was flat. Super service provided here. Funny thing is ive been 3 other toyota dealerships and they dont ever seem to have an issue.
I waited over 5 hours. The “maintenance required” light was on. No one said what was required. Five hours to change the oil then said needed to change the brake fluid.
I didn’t get the help I wanted warranty is a complete scam I’ve been having problems with my truck since the first day I got it I basically got charged for leaving my truck there and nothing being done to it
I dropped my vehicle off around 830am. Dwight let me know it was a short wait since there were not many vehicles ahead of me. Around 9:22am, he sent me a text with the link to check the status. There was recommended actions such as brake and filter replacements. I kindly said I would replace them myself and submitted the request. I continued on my errands and I replied to Dwight’s text message asking for an update around 1130am. No reply. I then called customer service and asked for an update. They said they would contact Sevices and check for me and have someone call me back. I called later to the dealership and someone answered and said they saw I had called earlier and someone said they saw I had called 15 minutes before and would let service know I was looking for an update. I decided to show up around 230 pm and my car was parked outside. After talking to Dwight, he let me know my car had been ready since 930am. I never received the confirmation text that it was ready nor did I get a call back.

Mr. Hale was very helpful after I complained about the condition my car was left in after servicing my car. He spoke with David and had him clean the dirrty grime that was left outside my door, steering wheel and console. He even graciously offered to have my car washed when I have time to bring it back in.

I had an appointment at 11:00 am for a maintenance, no oil change. It took 2 and half hours. I went to 3 different people to check how much longer it was going to g to take. I even ask Mark and my invoice was sitting on his desk. All he said, let me check but never came back to me about my car. I had already received the invoice on my cell at 12:09pm. Finally a lady with dark black hair asked, if I was still waiting? She was one of them that I had ask and if they can hurry because I had to go to the bathroom and was not going to use the portable toilet. After she asked me about my car, she came to me saying your car is ready. It was parked already in the side parking lot. I ask I have to go and send me the paperwork to me later. She asked if she can bring the car to me and I said, no thanks. So, I arrived at 11:00am and drove off my car at 1:41pm. Just for maintenance.
The service on the car was great, your people very courteous, one thing I was upset was that when I got called about the oil change she asked if I was interested in the service about the two yr. Oil change and rotation, I said I'm thinking to buy it but wait till I get there so I can look at the different options, but when I got there she had already done the ticket and said I'm sorry I can't change it next time you come you can purchase it. I could of saved some money already. Not happy
