They set me an appointment and then didn’t wanta help me when I call over there to see if I would have a car to get around with the sells man was not any help nor was the service department will not be over there again!
Put in mind I live 73 miles to get to them so ya I was worried about getting home

Last time I was there I paid less for the oil change and today I got charger double
I feel like the service team prioritizes people who they upsell to, and the people that are there in warranty’s or care plans are completely disregarded. I received a call in regards to see if I received a picture in order to approve an air filter, when I said no I wasn’t interested, I was told it be done in no time I got there at 12:30 and was told it would take 2 hours, I waited in the lobby until 3:45, when I originally inquired about the shuttle service, I was ignored. And when I got tired of waiting and asked status the service advisor asked me if I hadn’t received the text telling me my vehicle was ready, how come I received a call in regards to the upsell but not to my vehicle being ready? Overall disappointed and extremely frustrated.
The salesman was very fast and I really like that
