Nothing against Dwight. I came in to get my vehicle, and he was at lunch. I waited about 5 minutes to be greeted after the associates were done talking to each other or to even bother asking me if I needed help. Then there was a vehicle that was parked directly behind mine and I had mentioned that. I paid my 225 for services went back and the guy had already forgotten to get it moved so I had to go back inside and wait again, while he found thr keys. Again, this was NOT Dwight , he was at lunch

Frankly at this point, I honestly do not think that the service department at Lithia Toyota cares about my satidfsction. This experience, in particular, was so bad that I don’t see much difference between your service department and that of the Kelly Grimsley Honda dealership the last time I used them. As a result of my last experience with thrir dealership, I am no longer buying Hondas and I am not sure that I will ever buy another vehicle from Lithia Toyota in the future due primarily to this experience.

You have very incompetent people, from the counter people to the techs. Everyone had a good positive attitude, but no training, it was obvious. The man who greeted me couldn't operate the tablet well enough to find my appointment. The technician messed up my truck, parked it with warring lights all over the dash. It took 2 hrs and 3 technicians and me telling then that something was wrong multiple, multiple times, they kept telling me it was fine to drive it while parts were hanging down. It was simple oil change, 10,000 miles, on my 80,000 dollar truck. If I'd paid, wow!!. I know why yall do it free. Ill never take the free service again!
They didn’t do what I asked. It’s my car and they did a diagnostic test when I already told them it was my battery. I will never do business with ya’ll again. They took almost every dime I had. I was told if I didn’t pay I couldn’t pick up my car. Jackie is the service person I was talking to.
Overcharged for miscellaneous charges. Spoke with management, did not get a satisfactory answer. Condescending attitude.Charged way too much for services received.NOT HAPPY AT ALL! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE CENTER TO ANYONE.
